“Power Welfare Organization” (“PWO”) is a society constituted under Haryana Apartment Act 2012. The site https://pwogurgaon.in is for providing the services to the apartment / plot owners, tenants, residents, vendors/ service providers, visitors etc. of Ananya Palm Beach. Individuals such as owners, tenants, residents, vendor/ service providers or visitors are provided access to the site based on the information furnished to EMRWA. They can only be provided registered access to the website based on the information provided to PWO.

PWO may terminate this agreement, including any licenses contained herein, at any time and further may terminate the user’s registered access to any and all portions of this website if, PWO determines, in its sole discretion, that the user failed to comply with any term of these Terms of Use..

This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India under the jurisdiction of Gurgaon Court, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Innologix Consulting Private Limited has developed the web application including web site, android application and iOS applications as part of its product SmartcCommunity.in. These applications are available for use free of cost by the users of the Power Welfare Organization society located at Sector 43, Sushant Lok I, Gurgaon.

We collect information from Owner, Tenants, Vendors / Service Providers and Employees based on the society byelaws or society procedure and policies emanating from its byelaws.
